Pot Stickers

1 pkg. wonton wrappers
1 c bok choy
1 lb ground pork
2 t ginger
1 green onion
1 t salt
1 t soy sauce
1 t rice wine vinegar
1 t sesame oil

dipping sauce:
soy sauce
balsamic vinegar
brown sugar
minced garlic
