Szechuan Vegetable Lo Mein
2 cans vegetable or chicken broth
2 t garlic
1 t ginger
1/4 t red pepper flakes
1 pkg frozen vegetable
1 pkg. oriental curly noodles or angle ahir pasta
3 T soy sauce
1 T dark sesame oil
1/4 c green onion
