Apple Crumb Pie

6 c tart apples
2 T butter
2 T sour ceam
4 t lemon juice
1/2 c sugar
1 T flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg

1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c butter
