Cap'n Crunch Chicken

chicken
1 c buttermilk
1 egg
2 c cap'n crunch
1/2 c panko crumbs
1/2 c wondra flour
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper

Mustard Sauce:
2 TB dijon mustard
3 TB mayo
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp honey
