Baked Chimichangas

Crockpot: 5 hours
Shredded Beef:
1 lb. beef chuck roast
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. black pepper

Chimichangas:
9 flour tortillas
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tomatoes
3 TB. butter
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. guacamole
